When your order ships

Consoles are built to order, so dispatch is not immediate. Your order goes into the build queue when payment clears, and ships once the unit has passed testing. The current lead time is shown on the product page and confirmed by email.

Customization Kits do not require a build and ship faster than complete consoles.

 

 

Delivery times and cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times shown are estimates provided by the carrier and start from the dispatch date, not the order date.

 

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.

 

 

Customs and import duty

VAT or customs handling fee is the responsibility of the buyer and is not included in the price paid at checkout. These charges are set by your own country, not by us.

 

 

Packaging

Every console ships protected. Orders that include the collector’s box are packed inside an outer shipping carton so the box itself arrives in collectable condition.

 

 

If your parcel is lost or damaged

Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Do not discard the packaging: carriers require it to process a damage claim.
